What You Do ?
We have Urgent Opening for tele-caller. We provide good salary and professional environment. The job will involve calling old and current customers, maintaining & developing relationships with them via telephone calls & emails. Following up inquiries, sending quotations, giving soft reminders, helping customers to understand the offer scope and cold calling to generate new business leads. Need to manage normal In/Out-flow of office calls.
What You Need :
Work Experience (0-3 years) preferred.
Should have good communication skill.
Should have good negotiation skill.
Knowledge of English/Hindi and local language.
Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
