Job Description:

- Development and maintenance of WebMethods integration solutions.
- L2 production support, incident resolution and problem analysis.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering.
- Code review, testing and workflow documentation.
- Performance tuning and optimization of existing services.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience with Software AG WebMethods Suite (Integration Server, Designer, Trading Networks, Broker).
- Robust understanding of SOAP/REST web services, EDI, JMS, XML/JSON transformations.
- Production support experience and incident management.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/SVN).

Desirable Skills:

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
