CNC Machine Maintenance with Utility skills

Job Description

Maintain Utilities and Asst with machine shop maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, etc.).

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.

- Monitor machine health and ensure maximum equipment uptime.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for CNC machines and utility equipment.





- Maintain and troubleshoot utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, transformers, and power distribution systems.

- Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.

- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and TPM practices.

- Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machines and utility equipment.
