Position: Direct Marketing Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Generate sales through direct marketing and field sales activities.
- Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, references, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure smooth sales operations.




- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
