Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, and overall e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate should have experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

- Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa Fashion, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory updates.

Catalog Management

- Upload new products and maintain existing catalogs.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for product images and creatives.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog-related issues.

Inventory & Order Management

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Track order processing, dispatches, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Work with fulfillment partners and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring

- Analyze sales reports and marketplace performance metrics.
- Monitor product rankings, conversion rates,



and customer feedback.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Customer Experience

- Handle marketplace queries and customer issues.
- Coordinate resolution of complaints, returns, and refund cases.
- Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction scores.

Promotions & Campaigns

- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

RequirementsEducation

- Bachelor's degree in.

Experience

- 1 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa, or similar platforms.

Skills

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of inventory and order management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fashion, apparel, or kidswear industry.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
