Position: Mechanical Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Experience: 6–9 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Plant Site

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.

2. Ensure smooth operation of conveyors, balers, shredders, hydraulic systems, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.

3. Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.

4. Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

5. Supervise technicians, welders, fitters, and maintenance helpers.

6. Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.

7. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures.

8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company policies.

9. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.

10. Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of recent machinery.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
