Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, provide course counseling, and recommend suitable training programs. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, following up with prospects, addressing queries, and guiding them through the admission process.



The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving admission targets, maintaining lead records in the CRM, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

* Experience in sales, telecalling, academic counseling, or EdTech sales is preferred.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

* Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

* Target-oriented with the ability to meet monthly admission goals.

* Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.

* Bachelor’s degree preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).

* Willingness to work on-site in Noida.
