About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Analyst to join our growing analytics team. You will work at the intersection of data, insight, and storytelling, turning raw data into business decisions through rigorous analysis and compelling visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

▸ Own end-to-end analysis workflows from data extraction and transformation to insight delivery

▸ Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and custom business logic

▸ Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting

▸ Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks

▸ Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate on solutions

▸ Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all deliverables

▸ Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

▸ 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role

▸ Solid SQL proficiency across any platform (T-SQL ,Big Query, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.) including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and custom segmentation logic

▸ 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI including DAX, data modelling, and visual design





▸ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights

▸ Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets

▸ Clear communication skills, able to explain findings and logic to business stakeholders

Good to Have

▸ Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, or basic scripting for automation) is an added advantage

▸ Familiarity with CLM tools (Moengage), marketing or digital analytics data sources (GA4 etc.)
