Job Summary

Bharti Digital Education is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, generating leads, explaining our educational programs, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to increase admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective students.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, and educational services.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and digital inquiries.
- Follow up with interested candidates via calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.




- Support digital marketing campaigns by contacting leads generated through social media and online platforms.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
