Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IAM Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and recommending IAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to support the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify recent business opportunities for IAM solutions.
- Engage with prospects to understand their security and identity management needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customer-specific solutions.
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support contract negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
- Stay updated on IAM technologies, cybersecurity trends, and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT, Cybersecurity, or IAM sales.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
