We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our clients, internal project managers, and our global network of language professionals. You will oversee the day-to-day administration of translation workflows, ensure seamless vendor onboarding, and maintain the operational data that keeps our projects running on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- ​Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitor ongoing translation projects from kickoff to delivery. Ensure timelines are met and flag potential delays early.
- ​Vendor Management & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding recent freelance translators and agencies. Verify credentials, maintain vendor profiles in our database, and assist with initial rate negotiations.




- ​Workflow Administration: Set up and manage projects within our Translation Management System (TMS). Allocate tasks to linguists based on project requirements.
- ​Quality Assurance Support: Perform initial formatting and layout checks (visual QA) on delivered files to ensure they match source documents before final delivery.
- ​Purchase Orders & Billing: Generate purchase orders (POs) for vendors and cross-verify monthly vendor invoices against completed project data for accounting approval.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
