Cisco is looking for candidates with strong hands-on expertise in:
- Nexus 9K / NX-OS – Good to have
- Routing & Switching features — configuration, troubleshooting, and deep understanding of protocols - Desirable
- Knowledge across all major NX-OS features (Look online for these features) - Desirable
- Python + Networking skills – Must Have
- Skills - writing scripts, maintaining them, debugging failures, troubleshooting workflows – Must have
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills – Must Have
- High productivity and independence are key priorities for them
- Engineers expected to use AI for troubleshooting
2. Experience Range
- Exp 4 to 7 years and 7 to 10 years
- These candidates should be comfortable working directly on Cisco-level use cases.
