We are looking for motivated candidates to join our growing manufacturing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in factory operations while gaining exposure to industrial automation and software development.
Key Responsibilities
Factory Operations
(Based on individual capability and training)
- Oversee and support day-to-day factory floor operations.
- Operate machinery and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance support.
- Operate EOT cranes (training will be provided).
- Coordinate and lead teams of factory workers when required.
- Maintain stock records and assist with loading and unloading operations.
- Supervise workflow and ensure safety standards and operational efficiency.
Additional Learning & Growth Opportunities
Capable and interested candidates will have opportunities to develop skills in:
- Factory software systems and internal digital tools.
- The steel and value-added steel products industry, one of the fastest growing manufacturing sectors.
- Participation in new product and process development initiatives.
- In-house software development projects using technologies such as
- Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MySQL and WordPress.
- Industrial automation systems using Delta PLC platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Ladder programming
- HMI screen development
- Control panel wiring
- VFD-based motor control systemsEligibility
- Education: 10th or 12th grade with A or A+ in Mathematics or Physics, plus any Degree or Diploma. Grade B+ may also be considered
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving aptitude.
- Interest in learning both mechanical/industrial and software skills.
- Ability to work in teams and demonstrate leadership potential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
