Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect who will be responsible for architectural designing, project planning, BOQ preparation, coordination with consultants, site execution support, and project management. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience in healthcare or commercial projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design

- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Develop layout plans, working drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Interior Design consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, local building regulations, and project requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings and client presentations.

Project Management

- Plan and monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Track project timelines and resource allocation.

BOQ & Estimation

- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement and estimation teams.
- Verify vendor quotations and technical specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates and value engineering proposals.




- Assist in budgeting and project cost control.

Site Coordination

- Visit project sites regularly for inspections.
- Verify work quality as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors for execution.
- Prepare snag lists and monitor rectification.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Documentation

- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Prepare technical reports and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Coordinate statutory approvals wherever required.
- Maintain project records and handover documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and detailing.
- Excellent BOQ preparation and quantity estimation skills.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies.
- Project planning and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and client handling abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valuable knowledge of hospital planning will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- COA Registration preferred.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or institutional projects preferred.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and project management is mandatory.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
