Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with strong expertise in Government Building Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in client billing, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, RA bills, and coordination with government clients/consultants. Experience in CPWD, State PWD, MES, PSU, or other government infrastructure projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
- Quantity estimation, verification, and measurement as per drawings and site execution.
- Preparation of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantity Take-off, and Cost Reports.
- Handling billing documentation as per government project requirements.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams for bill certification and approvals.
- Verification of work executed at site and maintaining measurement records.
- Preparation of MB (Measurement Book), reconciliation statements, and billing records.
- Monitoring project costs and supporting budget control.
- Review of drawings, specifications,



and contract documents.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and client submissions.
- Knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, SOR, and contract procedures.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.
- Mandatory experience in Government Building Construction Projects.
- Experience with CPWD / PWD / MES / PSU / Government Clients preferred.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of government project billing procedures.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage billing activities at project sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise)
