Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in assigned regions.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

 Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence.

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand presence.

 Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service)



to ensure smooth business operations.

 Prepare and submit sales reports to management on time.

Key Skills Required:

 Solid knowledge of the bath fittings and sanitary ware market.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

 Good networking with dealers, distributors, and influencers (architects, contractors, and builders) in the respective region.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification:

 Graduate (any discipline). An MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
