Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our quality control team at G R Industrial Engineering Products Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for Inward Quality Control (IQC), ensuring that all incoming raw materials, parts, and components meet the company's quality standards before they are released for production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inward inspection of raw materials and subcontracted parts.
- Verify and maintain incoming inspection reports, checklists, and records.
- Ensure supplier quality compliance based on drawings and technical specifications.
- Check and verify that all required documents for subcontracted parts are available.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards for all incoming material
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation as per ISO/QA standards.
- Communicate with vendors for quality issues and support corrective/preventive actions.
- Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality.

Key Skills:





- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2d drawings..
- Sound knowledge of mechanical drawings and quality standards.
- Familiarity with inward quality control processes in a machine shop.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or other relevant quality management systems.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing industry.
