About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and experienced Store Manager to join Growfitz Wellness Mart. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the store team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store Operations:

Manage daily store operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising standards.

Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.

- Team Leadership & Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate store staff (including Retail Sales Executives and support staff).

Manage staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and set individual sales targets.

- Sales & Revenue Generation:

Drive store sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Execute in-store promotional campaigns, discounts, and customer loyalty programs.

- Customer Service Excellence:





Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally.

- Inventory & Financial Management:

Oversee POS billing, cash handling, and daily end-of-day sales reconciliation.

Conduct periodic inventory audits, manage stock replenishments, and track shrinkage or expired items.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Retail Store Management, FMCG, Supermarket, or Health & Wellness retail operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using POS/Billing software and handling inventory systems.

Target-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
