We’re Hiring: ESM Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: Bangalore Rural.
At CherYsh, we’re on a mission to transform rural education through CherYsh Shiksha Kendra and ESM (English–Science–Maths) Shiksha programs. We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to create real impact on the ground.
Role Overview
As an ESM Subject Matter Expert, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences for Classes 1–10, train educators, and help students build strong foundations in English, Science, and Mathematics through activity-based and contextual learning.
What You’ll Do
● Design ESM curriculum and lesson plans for Classes 1–10
● Develop activity-based and experiential learning modules
● Train and mentor teachers and facilitators
● Improve student learning outcomes using assessments and data
● Support MIS and digital tools adoption
● Drive student engagement through projects, fairs, and learning activities
Who We’re Looking For
● Genuine Passion for education impact on and rural children in harsh rural conditions impact
● Compulsory Bachelor or Master degree in Science( either Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology)
● Strong fundamentals in English, Science, and Math
● Interest in experiential and foundational learning
● Ability to train and inspire educators

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
