Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership

- Take complete ownership of branch performance, including sales, operations, profitability and customer experience.
- Develop branch plans to achieve revenue, operational, and service goals.
- Monitor branch KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Expand business by acquiring current enterprise and corporate customers.
- Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, HR and Administration teams.
- Drive growth in IT Infrastructure Rental, including laptops, desktops, servers, workstations, networking equipment, storage and project-based deployments.
- Review pricing strategies and approve commercial proposals.
