Key Responsibilities

Maintenance

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Inspect, repair, and replace worn or damaged mechanical components.
- Maintain pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Lubricate and service equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
- Minimize machine downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs.

Installation & Repairs

- Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of current machinery.
- Assemble and dismantle mechanical equipment as required.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Carry out alignment, fitting, and calibration of mechanical components.

Inspection & Troubleshooting

- Identify mechanical faults and perform corrective maintenance.




- Conduct routine inspections to detect wear, leaks, vibrations, or abnormal equipment conditions.
- Recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and statutory safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices).

Documentation

- Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and equipment history.
- Report recurring equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
