We are looking for a Sales Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate sales calls, identify improvement areas, and provide feedback and training to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have a sales background and excellent Malayalam communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

. Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure quality standards.

. Identify mistakes and improvement areas in sales conversations.

. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to the sales team.

. Prepare quality reports and track team performance.

. Ensure adherence to company sales processes and communication standards.

Requirements:

. Experience in Sales or Sales Quality Analysis.

. Excellent Malayalam communication skills .

. Good listening, analytical, and coaching skills.

. Ability to provide constructive feedback and conduct training sessions.
