Human Resource Associate (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated HR graduates to join our HCM team. This role is designed to provide fresh MBA/PGDM graduates in HR with hands-on exposure to Human Capital Management systems and processes, helping them build a strong foundation in HR technology, business processes, and digital workforce management.

Key Skills:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of modules such as Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Perks, Payroll etc.
- Support the implementation team as a shadow resource and assist in project activities.
- Develop an understanding of various project delivery models, including implementation and support.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project statuses and insights.
- Stay updated with HCM concepts, product upgrades, and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills:





- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed business school.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts, processes, and frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR transformation initiatives.
