We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–2 years of qualified experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data, identifying trends, creating insightful reports, and supporting business decisions through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.

Required Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.




- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Understanding of databases, data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiner or available to join within 10 days.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
