Key Responsibilities:

- Drive industrial product sales across hotels, IT companies, bars and pubs, hospitals, clubs, commercial kitchens, educational institutions and 5-star hotels
- Grow the industrial equipment business exponentially across the south region
- Manage and lead the regional industrial team
- Intensify demand generation activities and efforts
- Handle fabricators, consultants, hotel chains, architects, builders and large clients
- Ensure accountability for territory sales, cost and operations
- Coordinate with service team for timely resolution of issues
- Ensure business forecasting and uninterrupted stock planning
- Meet large consultants and dealers and tie up for Ice-boy products across south region
- Appoint and handle national accounts
- Identify manpower gaps and recruit appropriately




- Ensure AMC contracts for large national customers
- Ensure periodic product training for all team members
- Expand business verticals into new areas

Essential Skills:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language
- Experience handling large institutional customer requirements
- Exposure to demand generation activities
- Solid understanding of pricing, margins, profit and loss
- End to end institutional sales experience from lead generation to closure, installation and commissioning
- Government channel, tender business and large project sales exposure
- Experience leading a frontline regional sales team

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of commercial ice cube machines or industrial products
- Practical experience in commercial refrigeration or industrial product sales
- IT sales background
- Institutional sales of large industrial products

Qualifications and Experience:

- Engineering Graduate with MBA in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in large equipment institutional sales experience in sales

of large equipment to institutions / factories , Institutional IT sales , Institutional Banking

sales etc

- At least 3 to 4 years in a leadership role
