Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Audit

Handle day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite

Ensure accurate recording of transactions with GST and TDS compliance

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits

Coordinate with auditors and support finalization of financial statements

Prepare monthly cash flow statements and fund planning reports

Process payroll, verify investment proofs, and ensure PF, ESIC, PTAX compliance

Handle ROC filings and preparation of board resolutions

2. Direct & Indirect Taxation

Manage GST compliance and filing across multiple states (up to 18 states)

Handle TDS payments and quarterly filings (24Q, 26Q)

Issue TDS certificates and reconcile TDS data

Assist in income tax return filings and advance tax calculations

Handle notices, assessments, and departmental queries (GST & Income Tax)

3. Treasury & Banking

Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily banking transactions

Coordinate with banks for BG, LC, CC/OD facilities

Prepare documentation for banking requirements

Monitor cash flow and liquidity position

4. MIS, Budgeting & Sales Support

Prepare monthly MIS and group reporting

Assist in budgeting and variance analysis





Support invoicing and revenue tracking

Provide financial insights to management

Eligibility Criteria

CA Inter (Semi-Qualified CA) – Mandatory

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audits

Strong knowledge of:

oGST (multi-state exposure preferred)

oTDS & Income Tax

oFinancial statements and audit processes

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance (Mandatory)

Experience with ERP/accounting systems

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, MIS reporting)

Experience in handling multi-entity or group companies

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
