Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed (minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy preferred).
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Take Home Salary: Approximately ₹17,500 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,250 per month

Transportation

- One-way cab facility for night shifts.
- Free transportation for women employees during night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM).
- One-way cab available for male employees at ₹75 per trip.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2026 pass-outs preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
