Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Auditor to evaluate call quality, ensure compliance with quality standards, and help improve overall team performance through regular audits, coaching, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions as per quality standards.
- Conduct call audits and maintain QA scorecards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Analyze quality trends and share actionable insights with Team Leads and Management.
- Participate in calibration sessions to maintain audit consistency.
- Support training and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or Call Quality Analyst.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong listening, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to provide objective feedback and coaching.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Experience auditing customer service or sales calls is preferred.
