About Us

FIST Engineering Solution is a leading BIM and Engineering Services company delivering high-quality BIM solutions for Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects across GCC and Australian markets. We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead our BIM team, establish project standards, and ensure successful BIM implementation across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Lead and manage BIM teams comprising BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers, and Draftsmen.
- Prepare and review BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, and project-specific workflows.
- Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements, ISO standards, and company quality procedures.
- Oversee the development and coordination of Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and manage issue resolution.
- Monitor model quality, ensuring compliance with LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500 requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and BIM deliverables.
- Review and approve BIM models before submission to clients.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring,



and training to BIM teams.
- Implement BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows for team-oriented project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and automation initiatives.
- Prepare project reports, KPIs, and progress updates for management.

Required Skills

- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP).
- Strong experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Experience with Dynamo, Revit Family Creation, and BIM automation is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of LOD standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and international BIM standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
- BIM certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in BIM.
- Experience handling GCC and/or Australian projects is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams and delivering large-scale projects.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
