We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Management Intern to support the AI Data Operations team. The role involves coordinating with AI Data Associates, monitoring daily team operations, managing productivity, and ensuring smooth workflow across the team.

Eligibility criteria:

Graduate or final-year student from BCA, MCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA, or any other discipline. Proficiency in English and Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Roles & responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of AI Data Associates. Monitor team productivity and ensure tasks are completed on time. Coordinate task allocation and follow up on pending work.



Track attendance and daily performance of team members. Support team communication and ensure smooth operational workflow. Assist in resolving team coordination and operational issues. Maintain reports, team performance records, and operational documentation.
