About the Role

Techdr is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for doctors and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should be experienced in shooting professional talking-head videos, doctor portraits, interviews, and social media content, with strong editing skills to create engaging, polished videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit skilled videos featuring doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Record talking-head videos, doctor portraits, patient awareness content, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Ensure high-quality audio, lighting, framing, and composition during shoots.
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, background music, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative concepts.
- Organize and manage video files, project assets, and backups.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and social media trends.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong experience shooting talking-head videos and professional portraits.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras.
- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and video optimization for social media.
- Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating healthcare or medical-related content.
- Basic photography and thumbnail design skills.
- Familiarity with social media content strategies and trends.
