Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control functions in the metals and power manufacturing sector. The role demands expertise in quality systems, process audits, and compliance with industry standards to ensure consistent product excellence and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and implement quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO, BIS, and industry standards.
- Develop inspection protocols for raw materials, in‑process production, and finished goods.
- Lead internal audits, supplier quality assessments, and corrective action programs.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor teams on quality practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.




- Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering (Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical) or Quality Management.
- 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance/control within metals, power, or heavy manufacturing industries.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, and other relevant standards.
- Hands‑on experience with statistical process control, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/QMS software and documentation practices.

Compensation:

- Competitive package aligned with industry benchmarks.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
