Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website's organic visibility, search engine rankings, and overall digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with hands-on experience using industry-leading SEO tools. This role requires a data-driven professional who can develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive high-quality organic traffic and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and search trends.
- Optimize website pages through effective on-page SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URL structure, image optimization, and internal linking.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve search engine rankings, website performance, and organic traffic.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Optimize website content based on keyword intent and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to improve SEO outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- SEO or Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.
- Solid understanding of:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Moz
- Excellent content writing, editing, and optimization skills.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Domain expertise in industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, IT, or similar is preferred.

Desired Skills

- Experience managing SEO for enterprise or large-scale websites.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and SEO automation platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and advanced technical SEO concepts.
- Understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Preferred Experience

- Experience: 2–5+ years in SEO or Digital Marketing (depending on role level).
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website performance.
