Position: Fashion Designer – Women’s Ethnic Wear

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer specializing in Women’s Ethnic Wear to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ethnic fashion trends, fabric selection, embroidery concepts, color combinations, and garment development. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating innovative and market-relevant designs aligned with customer preferences and current fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop innovative collections for women’s ethnic wear such as Kurtis, Anarkali Suits, and Cordsets.
- Research market trends, seasonal fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and embroidery patterns.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, sampling, and embroidery teams for design execution.
- Develop new design ideas based on market demand and sales trends.




- Ensure timely completion of samples and approvals.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams for product planning and launch.
- Maintain design records, sample libraries, and trend reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of women’s ethnic wear market and fashion trends.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and garment construction.
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and time management.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Fashion Designing or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in ethnic wear design is mandatory.
- Candidate from textile, garment, or fashion industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong design sense.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
