About the Role

SeaGamex is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team within the online gaming industry. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership capabilities, experience in customer engagement and retention, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving business objectives.

Candidates must have prior experience in the Online Gaming industry in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales/customer relationship executives.
- Monitor daily team performance against KPIs and business targets.
- Conduct coaching sessions, one-on-one feedback, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze performance reports and identify opportunities to improve productivity and revenue.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Compliance teams for issue resolution.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance, and process compliance.
- Train, onboard, and support new team members.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Bengali proficiency is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP preferred).
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
- Mandatory experience in the Online Gaming industry in India.
- Experience managing a team of 20 or more executives is preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following domains will be preferred:

- Online Gaming
- Rummy Platforms
- Fantasy Sports
- Online Casino
- Customer Retention

Experience working with CRM tools and performance dashboards will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
