The Trainee Associate will support client projects, perform operational and data-related tasks, and assist in process execution for AU-based clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in the BPO and business process outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support core team members in handling AU client processes

Perform data entry, data analysis, and record management

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Assist in email communication and backend coordination

Follow defined SOPs and process guidelines

Ensure quality standards and timely task completion

Collaborate with team members during night shift operations

Shift Timing : (AU Shift )

Candidates must be comfortable working early morning (AU shift).

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)





Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented and disciplined

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

Basic understanding of accounting concepts

Prior internship or experience in BPO / back-office operationsc

Familiarity with CRM or data management tools
