Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Driver Manager to manage driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong driver network, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting efficient fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end driver recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Source and attract suitable driver candidates through various channels.
- Verify driver documents, including driving licenses, identity proofs, and other required compliance documents.
- Conduct driver onboarding, induction, and training as per company guidelines.
- Ensure timely activation of newly onboarded drivers.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with drivers.
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, availability, and operational activities.
- Address driver queries, concerns, and grievances effectively.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth fleet management.




- Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate driver records, reports, and documentation.
- Support driver retention and engagement initiatives.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in driver management, fleet operations, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of driver onboarding and fleet operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
