? Key Responsibilities

- Property Valuation & Analysis

- Perform valuation analysis using accepted asset valuation approaches.

- Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

- Design valuation models and conduct feasibility studies.

- Market & Industry Research

- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor research.

- Liaise with valuation agencies, developers, and government bodies for updates.

- Track real estate market developments and their impact on lending.

- Fraud & Risk Control

- Develop checks to prevent multiple/excess funding on properties.

- Maintain databases of disputed properties, public notices, and securitization alerts.





- Conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk.

- Project Monitoring

- Scrutinize project approvals and ensure compliance with legal/technical aspects.

- Monitor construction status periodically and maintain project databases.

- Facilitate fast approvals for current residential projects.

- Relationship Management

- Build and strengthen ties with builders/developers for repeat business.

- Identify new revenue streams through partnerships.

- Policy & Compliance

- Guide and develop technical policies for housing finance.

- Monitor portfolio delinquencies related to technical aspects.
