Job Description

- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrests, sepsis, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Perform ICU procedures such as arterial and central venous catheterization, endotracheal intubation, bedside ultrasonography (where applicable), and other critical care procedures within the scope of practice.
- Conduct daily ICU rounds and coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, review investigations, and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Counsel patients' families regarding clinical status, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices, ICU protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Participate in on-call duties, night shifts, and emergency ICU coverage as per the duty roster.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
