ROLE SUMMARY

The Junior Architect is the backbone of project execution at Eliite Lane. This is a documentation- and execution-heavy role — roughly 90% technical drafting, detailing, and coordination, and 10% design input. You will own the Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawing set for your projects end to end, from concept drawings through fully annotated, site-ready shop drawings, and coordinate directly with vendors to source and finalise every material, finish, and fixture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare complete GFC / shop-drawing sets in AutoCAD — plans, elevations, sections, RCP (ceiling), flooring, electrical, plumbing, and joinery/detail drawings — for luxury residential projects.
- Produce fully annotated drawings with all dimensions, levels, callouts, and cross-references so nothing is left ambiguous on site.
- Detail every element to fabrication/installation accuracy — wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, panelling, false ceilings, wall finishes, and flooring.
- Write and maintain finish and fixture specifications — materials, brands, models, finishes, sizes, and quantities — tied to each drawing and BOQ line.




- Build and maintain project material, finish, colour-palette, and fixture schedules; physically arrange and manage samples and mock-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers — modular kitchen, joinery, stone, tile, hardware, lighting, sanitaryware, glass, upholstery — to source, quote, finalise, and track materials.
- Cross-check drawings against MEP/services and flag clashes before they reach site.
- Support site teams by issuing revisions, resolving RFIs, and updating drawings as site conditions change.
- Contribute roughly 10% design input — layout options and finish combinations — under senior guidance.
- Maintain a clean, versioned drawing archive per Eliite Lane’s documentation standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- B.Arch, or a Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design with a strong drafting portfolio; recent graduates welcome.
- 0–2 years in interior/architecture execution or GFC documentation (internships count).
- Strong command of AutoCAD (non-negotiable) and working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Sound understanding of GFC / shop-drawing conventions, detailing, and how drawings translate to site.
- Familiarity with interior materials, finishes, and fixtures used in luxury residential work.
- Comfort coordinating with vendors and reading / preparing BOQs.
- Eye for detail, ownership mindset, and the discipline to produce error-free, site-ready drawings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
