Job Description – Ticketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and customer support while ensuring timely and accurate booking services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings through airline portals and approved booking platforms.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, fare quotations, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, baggage allowances, travel regulations, and fare rules.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely ticket confirmations and smooth travel arrangements.
- Monitor booking deadlines, schedule changes, and airline updates, and inform customers accordingly.




- Resolve ticketing-related queries and provide prompt customer support.
- Maintain booking records, invoices, and ticketing documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, airline guidelines, and service standards while performing assigned responsibilities.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in airline portals, booking systems, and MS Office.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry.
- Freshers with relevant training and valuable communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
