Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apigee.
- Experience with API management and integration platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and support processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and communicate technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques for application support.

Additional Information:
