We're establishing our new Vizag delivery center from the ground up and are looking for an energetic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and ensure quality hiring.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, HRMS, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition, and culture-building programs.
- Coordinate learning initiatives, induction programs, training calendars, and support organizational development interventions.
- Assist in implementing HR policies,



performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, recruitment metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to building HR processes, policies, and best practices for a greenfield office setup.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in a blended HR role covering Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related discipline (MBA-HR preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, engagement, and HR operations.
- Exposure to L&D;, organizational development, or performance management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, hands-on, and excited to build HR processes in a startup-like environment.
