Job Summary:
Responsible for strategically managing the penetration and performance of various fee-based products, including Value Add Services such as Health & Wellness, Mobile ADLD, credit shield, and health insurance. This role involves not only achieving penetration targets but also overseeing the seamless execution of operational tasks associated with these offerings. The goal is to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of these services, ultimately contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our customers

Job Responsibilities:
v Overseeing Penetration Management in collaboration with diverse business teams for the Value Added Services- Health , Wellness, etc...





v Conducting training sessions for both new and existing employees.

v Managing and nurturing partner relationships for optimal outcomes.

v Designing innovative fee-based products to enhance our service portfolio.

v Strategically planning and executing the rollout of current offerings.

v Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development.

v Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration.

v Monitoring and assessing the performance of VAS products.

v Providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
