Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and understand technical requirements.

Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.

Review customer specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Production teams for proposal preparation.

Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order closure.

Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers.

Support tender submissions and contract documentation.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying recent business opportunities.

Ensure timely submission of quotations and project-related documents.

Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM and prepare sales reports.

Achieve business targets, ensuring both top-line and bottom-line growth.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Techno-Commercial Sales, Proposal Engineering, Estimation, or Business Development.

Experience with Electrical Control Panels, Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, VFDs, Switchgear, or Instrumentation systems will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of technical proposal preparation and costing.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
