Job Description

- Excellent Communication and Written Skills in English.
- Proficiency in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
- Maintain quarterly conversion rate from daily meetings and calls.
- Submitting all suitable RFP, EOI and online proposals for new business acquisition.
- Updating of pipeline of new client’s sheet weekly.
- Updating the immediate supervisor about the previous day’s activities for business development at the beginning of next day.
- Meeting all potential clients including Govt & PSU and onboard new business for SIPL
- BDM must generate database of the new clients and drive the business development process according to the need of the organisation.
- Maintaining solid relationship with the existing as well as new clients for business development.
