Realta Ventures is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive people excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the company's growth through effective talent management practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct disciplinary proceedings and ensure fair implementation of company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.

Performance Management

- Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks and review processes.
- Coordinate annual and periodic performance evaluations.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Support managers in performance improvement and talent development initiatives.

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programmes.




- Oversee leave administration and attendance management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and employment regulations, including:

- Shops and Establishments Act
- Labour Laws and Employment Regulations
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
- Gratuity Act
- Bonus Act and other statutory obligations

Learning & Development

- Identify training and capability development requirements across the organization.
- Design and coordinate employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Facilitate learning initiatives and leadership development programmes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, redevelopment, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills .
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
