- Power BI Development: Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions, including data modeling, report and dashboard development, and data visualization, using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and other related tools.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to gather, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from various sources into Power BI datasets for analysis and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, incorporating data visualizations such as charts, graphs, maps, and tables, to present complex data in a user-friendly manner.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, including data load times, query performance, and report rendering. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data integration, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Documentation and Training:Document Power BI solutions, including data models, report specifications, and technical documentation. Provide training and support to business users on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
- Data Governance: : Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, including data security, data privacy, and data quality,



throughout the Power BI development process.
- Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver high-quality Power BI solutions.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and other related tools
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis concepts.
- Proficient in data integration, data transformation, and data visualization using Power BI..
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from various data sources.
- Experience in working with data visualization best practices, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data integration technologies (e.g., ETL tools) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Qualified certifications related to Power BI, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar, are a plus
