Position - Accounts Manager – Finance, Accounting & Inventory Control

Experience – Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, and Inventory Management,

preferably in a Manufacturing environment.

Employment Type - Full Time

Compensation - Rs 35,000/- to Rs 60,000/-

Qualification

i. CMA Qualified are also welcome to apply

ii CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance / B.Com/CMA Inter

iii. Strong experience in Accounting, Finance, Inventory Accounting and Statutory Compliance

iv. Experience in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Tally or similar ERP systems preferred

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's accounting, finance, inventory accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting processes, inventory controls, reconciliations, GST compliance, and ERP-based accounting systems like ZOHO and TALLY PRIME.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

 Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping functions.

 Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Registers.

 Ensure accurate accounting of all financial transactions.

 Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

 Prepare financial statements and schedules for management review.

Inventory Accounting & Control

 Maintain accurate inventory records in Zoho Inventory / ERP.

 Ensure proper accounting of:





o Raw Materials

o Work-in-Progress (WIP)

o Finished Goods

o Consumables

 Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records on a periodic basis.

 Monitor stock movements, stock adjustments, and inventory valuations.

 Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

 Maintain inventory ageing reports and identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory.

 Coordinate with stores, procurement, production and dispatch teams for inventory reconciliation.

 Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments.

 Implement inventory control procedures and periodic stock verification processes.

 Generate inventory-related MIS reports for management.

Financial Reporting & MIS

 Assist in Preparing monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

 Assist in Preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements.

 Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.

 Monitor budgets and operating expenses.

 Prepare inventory valuation and inventory ageing reports.

GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance

 Assist in filing of:

o GSTR-1

o GSTR-3B

o Annual GST Returns

o TDS Returns

o Other statutory compliances

 Perform GST reconciliations and ITC reviews.

 Handle departmental notices and assessments.





 Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Audit & Internal Controls

 Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax consultants.

 Prepare schedules and reconciliations for audits.

 Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

 Strengthen accounting and inventory-related internal controls.

 Develop and implement SOPs for accounting and inventory processes.

Banking & Working Capital Management

 Perform bank reconciliations.

 Monitor receivables and payables.

 Manage payment processing and fund utilization.

 Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital reports.

 Coordinate with banks for routine banking matters.
