Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development team for day-to-day sales activities.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries from clients, consultants, contractors, and other sources.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales enquiry, lead, and client database.
- Coordinate with the technical and estimation team for preparation of BOQ, quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, proposals, technical clarifications, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Maintain proper records of quotations submitted and track their status.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, Estimation, Projects, Purchase, Production, and Accounts for smooth execution of orders.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments for the Sales Team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Track sales targets, enquiry status, order conversion,



and pending follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing presentations and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communications, meetings, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, pipeline, and business opportunities.
- Support the Sales Team in maintaining robust relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹11,474.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
